In 2007, my family and I made the decision to move from New York City to Fair Haven. We were drawn to the suburban lifestyle, seeking a community where our children could receive an exceptional education in a public school setting, while growing up in a small town that truly values connection and engagement. We are proud to have three children who all attended the Fair Haven Schools.
With a professional background as a Human Resources Generalist in Finance, I bring a unique set of skills in Employee Relations, Policy Development, and Retention strategies. I hope to continue to leverage these skills to promote a positive, sustainable learning environment where every child is both engaged and challenged to reach their full potential. Above all, my goal is to ensure academic success for all students, regardless of their level or needs.
It has been an honor and privilege to serve as a member of the Board of Education for the past nine years, and I remain deeply committed to supporting the continued growth and success of our schools and community.

I'm thrilled and honored to be serving on the Fair Haven Board of Education and will continue to advocate and have the best intentions for our children and community.  Since moving to Fair Haven in 2017 with my husband and two daughters, I've never taken for granted our special town with its close-knit community and our exceptional school district.
I am passionate about Fair Haven, our schools, and our community.  For over ten years I worked in the public school system as a school counselor and I have a Master's in School Counseling. During this time, I collaborated and worked closely with parents, administrators, and teachers. I've also been involved with Fair Haven schools and volunteering for the last eight years. I believe I bring a unique perspective to the BOE and will continue to work very hard to ensure the absolute best for our children.

It is a privilege to serve on the Fair Haven Board of Education. My wife, Sarah, and I moved to Fair Haven in 2021, and we are the proud parents of two children currently attending Viola L. Sickles School in Kindergarten and 2nd grade. I join the Board with over 20 years of experience in social science research across academic and professional sectors. After earning a BA in Economics from Cornell and a PhD in Economics and Education from Columbia, I led research focused on educational evaluation and policy analysis. My career path has spanned teaching 7th–12th grade math, working with EdTech startups, and data science consulting. Currently, I serve as a Quantitative User Experience Researcher for a global technology company. I am a firm believer that the best outcomes for our students are achieved through partnership. I look forward to collaborating closely with our dedicated staff, administration, and fellow parents to support and strengthen our wonderful public schools.

I am honored to serve as a member of the Fair Haven Board of Education. After spending time in Philadelphia and Hoboken, my family moved to Fair Haven in 2021. My two children are in kindergarten and second grade at Viola Sickles. My wife grew up in Monmouth County and works in education, and like many families, we chose Fair Haven for its excellent public schools, strong sense of community, and charm.
My professional background is in finance and management consulting. I hold an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in Economics from Syracuse University. I have worked in finance for more than 20 years, including time at Moelis & Company and as the CFO of a consumer products company. Currently, I am the co-founder and CFO of a medical device company. Through these roles, I have developed extensive experience in budgeting, planning, and strategic financial decision-making.
I look forward to collaborating with parents, administrators, and teachers as we work together to make the Fair Haven Public Schools the very best they can be.

Born and raised in Monmouth County, my husband Frank and I always knew we would return home to build our lives and give back to the community that shaped us. After several years working in Manhattan and living in Brooklyn, we chose to return to our roots, drawn by Fair Haven’s strong sense of community and small-town character.
Since settling in Fair Haven, my commitment to the town has continued to grow. I believe deeply that the children of our community are its future, and that the decisions we make today should always be guided by what best supports their growth, safety, and long-term success. My background in finance, real estate lending, and residential real estate provides a thoughtful, balanced perspective, but it is my dedication to our community’s children that drives my service.
I am honored to serve on the Fair Haven Board of Education, where I strive to approach every decision with care, collaboration, and a focus on creating a strong, supportive environment for all children in our town—today and for years to come.

I feel very honored and grateful to be serving as a member of the Fair Haven Board of Education.  My husband, Michael, and I moved to Fair Haven back in 2014 and have so loved becoming a part of this wonderful community.  When we moved back home to Monmouth County and were deciding where to send our children to school, there was only one best choice for us.  Fair Haven has given us the small, close knit feel we were looking for, along with the excellence in education for our boys that was our number one priority.  With one son in Knollwood, one in Sickles, and one soon to take advantage of the new full-day kindergarten, we’ve been so happy with our experiences here.  This is a very exciting time for our schools…With the referendum passed, a new cutting edge curriculum in place, and our administration and teachers setting the bar increasingly high, the Fair Haven schools are headed in an amazing direction.  I’m thrilled to be a part of the team and sincerely look forward to using my legal background, diverse educational experience, creativity, and dedication to help ensure only the best for our children as we move into the future.
